Life

Over the past week I have been made aware of 3 deaths that are indirectly connected to me. First it was my God-bro’s babysitter, then I heard about my mother-in-laws choir director and last it was my stylist’s brother. All of these people were healthy it just makes you think that life is short and try to live it to the fullest.
The He-Man you never knew…
Ok while at work we were talking about good 80’s cartoons I came across this He-Man clip.
Man you have never seen He-Man in this way!
Myspace gangstas!
Ok ok, I know myspace. But when I was looking at some of my relatives pages on myspace I came across my cousin Cameron’s page. also on his page I was checking out his friends and I noticed another gangster wannabe I saw that both wanted to be in a gang the Bloods to be exact.
This is when it gets funny. Being a relative of Cameron I thought I would do my part and try to be responsible by sending him an email telling him that it is really stupid yadda yadda yadda. I also though I should send one to his friend as well stating that if he wants to be in a real gang that first he needs to wear the correct colors. Red instead of blue and also the City of Roanoke is not what you call a gang hotspot.
But I digress here is the email that I sent to the guy aka Dat fine Nigga Dee (more…)
Much Adu about something!

I know, I know what a cliche` title but it turned out to be a great day. I went to a football match (soccer) DC United vs NY Redbulls (Fags). Well it ended in a 2-2 draw. But I have to say DC stepped up in the 2nd half. Anyway one to the gravy! At the end of the match we stayed after the game and we got pics and autographs from Freddy Adu and Alecko Eskandarian .
When gamesfight back!
I know I haven’t written in awhile… Sorry about the delay but I saw this video and I knowthat once in your life you have done this!
Fight back!

Well I am proud of Rich and also myself for the moves we have been making. Hopefully this friday will give us great luck! Why you ask? I have an interview on Friday and also we turn in our application for an apartment. No longer will we be under the Nazi Regime of the parental figures. Yes it will be a first for us just having a place with just the 2 of us. I have had my own place but that was in college. I guess I’m just excited about the freedom we will have.
No Surprises. :/

“A heart that’s full up like a landfill,
a job that slowly kills you,
bruises that won’t heal.
You look so tired-unhappy,
bring down the government,
they don’t, they don’t speak for us.
I’ll take a quiet life,
a handshake of carbon monoxide, ”
Ok this goes out to all my Radiohead fans out there. While listening to my favorite band, I came across that song. The verse that struct me the most was “a job that slowy kills you.” After that got the idea to think of what I would be doing had I not took this job or if my fate would have been to say no to coming in that ill fated day in March.
Started to feel a little depressed to think of what happened to me and how it changed me… How I don’t like to be around crowds, or go into a lot of places where I know there will be young black men from the ages of 15-19. I mean how can you be afraid of your own race. It sickens me sometimes because I have let myself go . ex. put on weight, become a homebody, and also O.C.D.
But then a song played that lightened my thinking Fitter Happier. if that isn’t a great song to think about what you normal things you do in life. What a cool song.. Well I guess I must close with this. I think, therfore I am.
will explain later.
